EVERYTIME I go to this dealership it s something. They lost my records and yet they re somehow on car fax, they wanted to charge me for everything even though I have an extended power train warranty and my car isn t even at 60,000 miles yet. They are money hungry, and can t seem to find a manager to save their lives. I ve had to explain to them numerous times that they didn t fix what i told them to fix, they have such a high turn over rate that the sales person who sold me my car is long gone. They told me that I am being charged a 100 dollar deductible for insurance (even though the thing that is wrong is covered under warranty because it s part of the engine) then I was told that the 100 dollars is actually for the diagnostic inspection (even though I told them exactly what was wrong, timing cover needs to be replaced) they then told me that the 100 dollars is for the parts (2 O rings that didn t need to be replaced and didn t replace the timing cover...) so. Long story short. These people are incompetent, money hungry, and somehow don t have management around ever to help with the situations that arise. Will not be going back ever and I m sad that I purchased my car with them in the first place.
