I'm not usually a review writer, but especially after having glanced at the other reviews here I thought this deserves an exception.

I had called to make an appointment to bring my Bernina in for maintenance since I had heard I could get same day service here and it's hard for me to be away from my machine too long. ;)
Brad got started immediately and invited me to ask questions if I had any, so I stuck around to watch for a bit and found it so interesting that I ended up staying for the whole thing. Of course he got it running smoothly again, I expected that. But he also demonstrated features I was unsure about and showed me the best way to keep it up, never making me feel like a pest for asking so many questions.
I walked out of there feeling like I had been to the salon for an overdue haircut - like a weight was lifted, fresh, and excited to try it out for myself when I got home. Now that I have a shop I'm comfortable with, I certainly won't wait so long to have it serviced again.

Regarding the shop's service that others have mentioned: I, for one, appreciate being able to look around without someone constantly hovering. I found all the other employees to be available, responsive, and helpful as soon as I needed them. I appreciated the casual atmosphere and the large fabric selection. So many lovely things to choose from and tastefully presented.
