Have a problem with a flowmeter. I spoke with Kim at Accutron today. She was extremely helpful, went above and beyond. She helped me figure out how to stop the flow to my leaking flowmeter for now while I wait for a repair and a loaner unit. She talked me through everything to expect for the repair and how to make the down time with my flowmeter be as little as possible. She even offered to speak directly to the dealer to expedite the process. Thank you Kim (and Accutron)!
