This insurance company is a scam. Their driver backed into me and after driving 30 minutes out to get an estimate and sending them all this unnecessary paperwork, they re telling me they re going to close the claim a month later because apparently they can t get in touch with him. Not sure how this is my problem since I have the police report and they re the insurance listed. They re refusing to do anything for me- PLEASE do like everyone said and either get an attorney or just go through your insurance. This insurance is so crooked I don t know how this is real
