I would have to say I was really dissatisfied with...

I would have to say I was really dissatisfied with the customer service I was offered. When we arrived to the hotel they had no records of our reservation. Although, I used Expedia to book the reservation I had a confirmation number and an email with proof of my reservation. After the first attempt and fail I called Expedia to make sure everything was intact. The representative called the hotel and got if fixed. At that point I went back inside to hopefully find a resolved situation but even then they still couldn't find it. The lady who was at the front desk asked her manager to help who was too busy laughing with some friends to actually pay any mind. Eventually, they went to the back and came out minutes later. By that point I was pissed off that I had waisted an hour since arriving fixing a problem that shouldn't of even been an issue. That was the whole purpose of setting an reservation in the first place. I was tired and ready to relax after a long day. The associates at the front desk were satisfied with the minimum effort. I will never book a reservation here.
