Hi Snow and Snow

We have just returned from Montgenevre on a 4 day stay, it is shown the 4th or 5th time we travel with you.
We would like to express our enthusiasm for:

1) The staff
2) The concept 3-4 days on skis
3) The hotels
4) The food
5) The destinations

Re 1) Your staff - from guides to restaurant and cleaning staff, bar staff, drivers and everyone else - are without exception sweet, skilled, service-minded, smiling and helpful. And then they are good at skiing and look good in your uniforms.
Re 2) Super that you can go on short ski holidays if you can not pull a whole week off the calendar - and the time is well utilized.
Re 3) Cozy, clean nice hotels, just what is needed - and cozy atmosphere everywhere we have been.
Ad 4) The food is super. Simply. And served nicely and competently.
Ad 5) Cool places with each their charm. And the piste views are amazing.

That was it - your staff is just top notch

Summary: You do it super well and you must have more than ordinary human knowledge when you hire staff, because I have not yet met some of the nice people who work at the destinations who were not sweet, happy and super good at their jobs . And it makes a big impression.
