First, is it possible to give a zero star rating. Had billing problems and got a run around. I paid the bill on-line, they processed it and received payment the following day. I get a new bill 3 weeks later -- with a FINAL NOTICE. I call and it takes an hour to talk someone (I had them call me back rather than wait in-line on my phone). They claim they have no record and I must prove payment. I press the issue and they say it will take 3-4 weeks for them to "look into it". Supervisor is totally unhelpful -- basically repeats what the first person. I asked for direct verification of what they find -- she says they can't do. I inform her that will call the CEO office if I have heard nothing within the 3-4 weeks. She seemed to care less. I will be contacting the CEO about the quality of his system and his employees.
