As usual staff were efficient and helpful, room was a good size and clean. Bed was great. Slept like a log, This hotel does not provide an "in room" safe, unlike most other Ibis/Mercure hotels in which I have stayed. Yes, maybe at reception, but having to head from 12th floor to reception to recover something from safe keeping, then head back to floor 12, etc, it just a tad stressful.unhelpful. If one has come in from overseas then passport, extra money, tickets etc can only be placed in one's bag or taken downstairs and retrieved often.
