Had a great stay in a suite. Bistro was walking distance and was great too.

This was a really nice place to stay. Lots of facilities and a beautiful setting with countryside views. I found myself looking for an excuse to go back there for a longer stay.

Amazing staff. Room was very neat and clean. Two swimming pools were nice and warm.

Adequate.

The rooms were nice enough and the staff were nice and helpful but overall if I was staying in Wodonga I m might try a different place next time.

A bit pricey for what they are but still not too bad

Was great presentation of the room and staff were very friendly.

The only negative was the air-conditioning. The unit was in the kitchenette and not very powerful. Adding a fan to help circulate the air would be great. Otherwise the facility was clean, the staff helpful and the grounds lovely.

Quiet rooms, goods facilities like internet and Foxtel, closer to the pub. Nice to hear the last Post played at the army barracks next door.

Compared to its local competitors this stay was very average. Nothing to complain, just a complete and utter lack of personalisation considering I stayed in a premium apartment.

Look you want a counter meal, room for a large group, small of private room for function. Sports Bar and smokers area. TAB. Top coverage, and special fight broadcasts.0

Quiet, clean, comfortable and located next to a great pub for meals and kid's entertainment. Fab spot.

Attracts a rough dodgy clientele. Cigarette smoke from outside and the adjoining room permeated our room. Noise from outside and the next room was unfiltered to the point we could hear conversations from the next room clearly. There was no monitoring by security or night staff of guest behaviour- resulting in ferals disrupting our sleep from 10.30pm to 6am - fighting, coming and going, throwing stuff around. The suites at the back are better quality and more expensive, but tradies often snap them up so cigarette smoke and drinking/swearing in the common areas is rampant - you wouldn't want your kids exposed to this kind of environment. Was offered a free ngith as compensation - but there is NO WAY, we'd ever stay there again, we felt unsafe and like we were surrounded by a rough crowd.

My wife and I arrived at the motel and were warmly greeted by the check in staff. The room we stayed in overnight was clean and tidy and not small. The bed was comfortable with all appliances in good working order. Little things like shower head falling down and bedside lamp not really emitting enough light. Also, traffic noise in the morning was bearable. Very nice motel. Enjoy your stay!!

Great staff and a wonderful clean Motel to stay at. I would recommend the Blazing Stump Motel to anyone looking at staying.

Usually very nice but we absolutely froze and the frying pan was putrid and greasy so could not use it and the tea towells filthy. Very disappointed this trip. I asked for a late checkout as I had broken bones and was refused even though I offered to pay the going rate .

This venue discriminated against my assistance dog and disability. The owner (Gary) is inappropriate and rude.

Little bit tired now but still very comfortable and clean, convenient to wodonga.

Ordered the mixed grill. The biggest and the meatiest dish. I wish it had a more flavorful sauce but the meat was good . Huge dollop of butter made it alright actually.

The Blazing Stump has good pub meals and an amazing kids play area.

Delighted with the experience. It was very easy to find this place. The apartment was clean and very spacious. It was as advertised and we were very happy with the decision to stay the night here. The only problem we had was that since we did a late check-in, after the reception closed down, we took a little longer time than usual to find the suite in the dark. A layout of the property or directions to the suite from the entry gate would have been helpful.

Great family room. Big bathroom and living areas. Clean and tidy with comfy beds. We had meals delivered from the hotel next door and for the $5 delivery fee is great value. The food was delicious and with a tired toddler in tow made the stay much more restful for mum and dad.

This is my second stay at this beautiful motel. It is % quality in every little detail. It is the cleanest place I ve ever been in with a beautiful comfortable bed, crisp clean sheets & the best pillows ever! The decor is classy & reminds me of Crown Metropol in Melbourne. The toiletries were beautiful & everything we needed was already provided!
The surrounding gardens are spectacular & very beautiful. There s a BBQ area & play area for the children.
Breakfast in the dining room was absolutely delicious, the best I ve had for a long time.

The staff members are exemplary; professional, polite, friendly & extremely welcoming.
I felt like I was visiting friends for the night.

The Managers Gary & Mark are obviously working extremely hard to make this the go-to place when staying in Wodonga. My family & I highly recommend staying there & we look forward to our next visit. I am certainly telling all of my friends about this place.

Wow! So impressed by everything. Great rooms, clean, 2 pools, restaurant on site, lovely staff. I am truly impressed, especially for price.

The motel rooms are very nice and clean, and there are special rooms to accommodate for dogs as well. The bistro had excellent food and fantastic service. It was a very pleasant place to stay at, would come again.

Fantastic rooms, very clean. Bedrooms were tidy. Shower is very, very weak, it just sprinkles on to you so don't expect anything great.

Horrible. Was rudely spoken to by owner and humiliated in front of others by him. He threatened to call police on me over a misunderstanding of no fault of my own and told I was the reason a young girl was fired. AND THEN I was never apologised to even though I saw him again! Disgusted and moritified!!! On top of all that the bed was full of hair from previous guest.

The rooms are immaculate, exceedingly clean, all the facilities, the best beds I've slept in. We were in 54, right at bottom level. Not sure on cost as wife paid. There is a restaurant/pub next to it that has great food. Staff were very friendly, very quite. Here during October long weekend. It's hard too more highly recommend this place.

Great place to relax and unwind. Staff are amazingly friendly and make you feel right at home. The facilities are great and the rooms including bathrooms are very clean and tidy. Highly recommended place to stay in Woodonga. Also a great pet friendly location with plenty of grass space for your pup to run around. We will definitely be coming back!

Was here a few weeks back and the manager has no respect for visitors. Most staff are quite nice and helpful but a few bad eggs unfortunately made our visit horrendous.
Do not recommend and will never come back.

I have just spent 71 nights at the Blazing Stump Motel & Suites Wodonga.
My stay was perfect, reception staff Jodi, Vicki & Michelle were fantastic on check in and throughout my stay, nothing was too much trouble. The cleaning crew were friendly and thorough. Facilities at this resort were fantastic with 2 pools, a gym and a sauna.
I stayed in a 2 bedroom spa suite that was roomy and very comfortable, with either 2 king size beds or 1 king and 2 singles, perfect for a family or a long term business stay.
Would highly recommend this property and will be back for sure.

This motel was quite good apart from the shower head, that was a bummer? took a while to work it out but apart from that great motel.first one i stayed in was excellent that was 5 stars.

Great, clean rooms. Exceptionally comfortable beds with snuggly mattress toppers and deliciously warm duvets. Comfy pillows.
Massage heads on the showers and plenty of hot water to scrub away the dirt of the day.
Close proximity to a great tavern with wholesome food.
Friendly and professional staff make this a 5 stay choice.
We paid $150 for a room with 2 Queen beds.
