I came to your facility on 11/17 for a basic pre-work TB skin test. I was greeter by two front desk people who were nice but more interested in their cell phone than me. I was informed at first I had to see a physician as it was my first time there - then the other secretary informed me I didn't and to please wait it should be fast. In the end I waited over 2.5 hours for a basic TB skin test. I was never updated on why it took so long. I had to repeatedly go up to the desk and ended up looking like "that angry customer" and was constantly told "it'll just be a few more minutes" never bothering to actually get up and investigate why it was taking so long. In the end the aide who did my skin TB test informed me that the secretary had placed the folder in the wrong spot in the wrong section and apologized. So what should have taken maybe 20 minute wait was over 2.5 hours of my time. I didn't feel appreciated, cared for, or respected. If you're in customer service you should be a step ahead and always coming to the customers and informing them of any unnecessary or additional wait times I shouldn't have to continue to approach your desk. Additionally the attitude received at the front desk is beyond acceptable. Shame on your facility. I would never ever recommend someone to go there.
