I m very disappointed in this company and the service I received from one of their dealerships. I took my car to the dealership to have a water pump replaced and my car is in WORSE condition than when I left it there. as I was driving away within ten minutes of that my hood flew up and shattered my windshield. I took it back they said they would take care of it. Only for me to get a call the next day saying they weren t going to have my hood replaced they would just make it look nice THE SERVICE MANAGER SAID THIS. He also said it s too much to have it replaced. That made absolutely no sense. My hood has all kinds of dents and paint scratches from it flying up, like why wasn t I informed the hood wasn t closed and when I asked this he said we didn t know it wasn t closed THAT IS EXACTLY MY POINT. NEGLIGENCE. I contacted corporate only for them to tell me they only have partnerships with the dealerships basically saying they couldn t do anything. Nobody communicated to me that my hood wasn t closed and now you don t want to take responsibility for the DAMAGES you caused to my vehicle not to mention the LIVES YOU PUT IN DANGER. I have been speaking with outside sources and there ARE laws against this kind of thing so you will see me AGAIN. Be sure of that. Poor poor service.
