The staff was awesome. The rep Destry was great and Vicky from the Service Department went way over the top to help me. They were not able to recreate the issue my old 2003 Toyota (with262,000 miles) was having (because it is so random). But they tried really hard and they had a few theories which I hope to explore with them going forward. And in the end, I had to have my car back and they didn t charge me because they couldn t figure it out. which I very much appreciated. (There is nothing much worse than paying for a diagnosis and not getting a diagnosis!)
I ll be back!
