Speaking on the Service department alone: Nice service reps, but they are hungry for your money. An HID headlight replacement alone was over double ($300+) what I was quoted and completed at a nearby AAA. Avoid

2nd visit (May 2020) forced due to hybrid battery issues. Just took my car in for a diagnostic because it was having battery issues, but the battery would still charge and did not feel completely dead. Upon getting the car back and hearing I would need a $3200 replacement of the battery, the car actually performs significantly worse now. Would not be surprised if this scum damaged the battery during diagnostic. I felt comfortable driving my car before but no longer.
