Don't go by the good looks of the place, the experience will be bitter because of the poor management and service. Even though they had a 12 pm checkout, they started calling guests to check out at 9am in the morning. Even basic needs such as drinking water, electricity connection and extra mattress were not provided despite multiple requests. The staff is extremely rude and was not courteous to our guests. They added miscellaneous charges for parking, extra room key, floor mopping, also they ask money from guests for small-small reasons. If you are booking the place please make sure you bring your own waiters, bell boys, room service staff, decoration staff, toilet cleaning staff, supplies of water and your own generator backup. Overall it's not a bad place if you treat it as tent without basic amenities.
