This company should change their name, absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I paid the extra $75 for expedited service on my a/c 3 days ago and still haven t heard from anyone. I called their office and was disconnected after sitting on hold for an hour and a half!!
RIDICULOUS!!!
