Joe the salesperson was knowledgeable, honest, prompt, and courteous, and was available to answer all questions and concerns that I had. He was also upfront about projects that weren t a good fit for Reliable.
The work done has seemed to stand up, and it was done in a timely manner. The Reliable foreman and all the subcontractors did a good job, and clean med up everything when done. No only complaint would be the amount of debris inside my garage after the roof removal- I knew that there would be some debris, but I was surprised by how much, and I d have preferred that some of my items in the garage had been covered. In all fairness however, there were actually 3 roofs to be removed instead of just two. But all in all, I m very satisfied with the sales team and satisfied with the work done. I would consider using Reliable for future work, and I would recommend them to friends and family.
