Upon entering our room the bathroom was not completely clean and we only had towels for 1 person. We called the desk and they said someone would come up. I saw the cleaning lady and asked her was she the one who cleaned the room she said no but she get the girl. She knocked on the door and said she couldn't find her but she would come back when she finished. She came cleaned the bathroom and put more towels and washcloth in the room. As we were preparing to leave the bathroom door came off the track and almost fell on someone we called for someone to come up the door was heavy and we couldn't get it to lean on the wall. They said someone would be up in a minute 10 minutes later someone came up. We somehow lifted the door on the track.. The front desk was not sympathetic to the matters at all. Dirty
