Hotel looks nice and chic from the outside. Atmosphere is chic. The room (comfort deluxe) was nice, spacious and with underfloor heating. Some overdue maintenance (dirty bathroom tiles and large crack / dent in the door). Front desk employee no longer recognized us after 5 minutes, when we came to ask for something after checking in. This was a pity; not really paying attention to the guests. Furthermore, friendly staff. In addition to a beautiful nature reserve.
