I will return and update my review when we are finished here. So far I m doing only 4 stars as the time is taking longer then expected. We called and made a appt. We did the approval info online to speed up the process and get a yes or no answer. We were told we had to come in to be told that and it would take 10-15 mins. It s been about a hour and we are still waiting. Stephanie is helping us so far and she is the sweetest!
Final update~ we were there for about 2 hours and didn t have any answers. We called a few hours later asking for a update and were told we would be called back. A hour passed and no phone call. I called again and explained the appreciation for a update and was told I ll call you back in 5 minutes, it was closer to 20. I finally got a update, I ended the call with a okay thank you that s all I wanted to know, and a click (aka hang up) on their end. No thank you for your time or consideration in our business nothing. I found that rude. The only positive I can say about this dealership is they aren t pushy like others. I told them which vehicle I wanted and they mentioned nothing else.
