It was not what me and my partner expected. We expect Shangri-La to live up to it's name. But the hotel was just alright. Nothing shangri-la about it. More like a three star hotel from customer service to the stay. We weren't able to check in at 3.30pm. And they told us room will be ready around 5 or 6. Is quite ridiculous for such hotel standard and they led us to the lounge where we can have some refreshments. But the 1st thing we saw, birds were enjoying those refreshment, not human. Food look stale and sad.
