Terrible experience, possibly my worst experience ...

Terrible experience, possibly my worst experience ever with a dealership for basic service and a recall.

The service department couldn t identify my vehicle or provide timely or accurate progress updates.

It took the dealer nearly 8 hours to finish a 2.5 hour job. If I didn t press hard, I would have been stranded without a vehicle overnight 50 km from home.

The shuttle service took in excess of 1.25 hours to pick me.

Overall, a terrible experience for me (the customer)!
