Called Rock Auto which they do not offer customer service. Installed a part which failed causing me to cancel a business trip. Lost income and had to pull apart front end of Jeep again to get part out and redo. They did return my call but took no responsibility in my loss. Thought they would at least pick up cost in expediting another part option. Why would I ask for another replacement of a poorly manufactured product? So have to pay for another kind of part while waiting for refund, I was told. Then from Rock Auto "I have to end this call, have a good day!" I was dismissed.
