There should be negative star options for this management company. They went through 4 different property managers in 6 months and never once informed us of the change. Getting a response from any of them was like the Simon and Garfunkel song "The Sounds of Silence." Our apartment was not move in ready when we rented. We had to clean the apartment ourselves. It was very dirty and they would not hire a professional cleaning service for us. Also, we had a rat problem that they didn't care to take of. This company does less than the bare minimum and if your smart you will never rent from peak properties. I'd like to have used a lot of profanity in this post and I'm proud of myself for not doing so. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY!
