Couldn't provide me with a lighter to light candle...

Couldn't provide me with a lighter to light candles for a birthday cake. Only had one bathrobe in the room. Took a while to receive the second after asking for it. View was nice and room was comfortable. They asked for a good review with a minimum of 9/10 on checkout. I thought that wasn't very classy.
