The doctor was very nice and his nurse was exceptional. However, I was very disappointed when I was told my ins., Medicare with a supplement would not cover my procedure because it was cosmetic. I have had many of the kerotosis frozen off with other dermatologists and the bill was paid by Medicare. I should have just left, but had the procedure and forked out the money. Lesson learned. Always make sure your procedure is covered if u have medicare .
