I recently purchased some equipment from this company and I have to say, my experience was okay. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products. However, I found the prices to be a bit high compared to other similar companies. The shipping process was smooth and the items arrived on time, which was a plus. However, the customer service was a bit lacking. I had an issue with one of the products and when I reached out for help, it took quite a while for them to respond. Eventually, they did address the issue but the overall communication could have been better. I would rate this company as average. They have a decent selection and reliable shipping, but their pricing and customer service could use some improvement.
