Horrible medical center. I came in with open burns...

Horrible medical center. I came in with open burns all over my leg. They told me they were not able to provide any service for me and then sent me home without any treatment. Not even some burn ointment. They still billed me $1,000 after the fact. Called their billing office to try and waive the cost or at least reduce it. They're employee Tabitha at the billing office was very unprofessional and rude when talking about my particular case. She sounded uneducated and started making judgmental comments at me instead of giving me options of what I can do.
Yes, I let some time pass before handling my situation, but it doesn't exclude the fact that the doctor and their employees wrongfully handled my case. I do not recommend coming here.

ONE LAST THING: One of the male nurses that I was waiting with started hitting on me and was persistently asking me if I could get food with him after my stay! (Keep in mind my leg was very much not treated and in much pain still!) I felt extremely uncomfortable and just wanted to leave at that point. UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF overall! I wish I said something about this way earlier, but I was 19 years old, naive, and blamed myself for what went on that day. Now that I'm older I feel that I should still post my experience so that anyone reading this knows what they are possibly going in for at Olive View-UCLA medical center.
