My son and I went to New York for the weekend. I book the hotel here, but the room wasn't ready. We came walked around for an hour and came back at the time the gentleman said it would be ready. As I approached the desk, the same gentleman said it the room still wasn't ready. To the left of the gentleman was a SUPERHERO named Thomas ( I wasn't able to get his last name) interrupted the conversation and gave me the Best customer service I have EVER received. I have stayed in hotels around the world , but I have never met someone like Thomas. NEVER EVER. The hotel is amazing. I recommend this hotel....be sure to ask for Thomas. Excellent customer service! A Superhero named Thomas!
