I would not recommend CEC for anyone is a professional setting. The agent told our work agency there is a quick turn around on reimbursements for out-of-network providers. CEC states it is not their responsibility how the agent relays their information to businesses. When actually, it can take 30-45 days. The website even states, under Providers, that there is a fast reimbursement. At first, there were no in-network providers, they do have them now, but it takes a long time for the provider to be approved in-network.
