Do not sign up with this place! If there was a no star option, I would have chosen that. I saw the ratings and negative reviews only after I signed up with them, which was too late, I know my bad. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it is their competitors who left them these bad reviews but i guess not, they must have been other frustrated customers like myself.
I have a small family business in Dubai and in these bad business times as a last business saving strategy, I thought I get help from Weblink India to boost my sales online and I contacted them. I explained how other companies previously took my money only and didn t do any work. The sales lady assured me that their company is the right one for me and she was very convincing!
They are very good at selling the package to you, but they don t do any work after that and if you have a problem don t expect any support from anyone or any proper email replies.
I have dealt with 3 different companies before and by far these guys are the worst.
5 days after signing up with them, I had changed my website username and password for the old developer to do some remaining work, and I forgot to give the newly changed password to weblink India staff. They kept telling me that the work is being done but no one was asking for the username and password to access the website to do the work. Then after waiting very patiently for 3 weeks, they still didn t realize that the username password has changed and that s finally when I told them and asked for a refund.
It took 3 complaints for their customer service to send me an email 10 days ago saying someone will get back to me, but no one has to this day. At the end I emailed their big bosses starting with the head of customer service and later their CEO and NO ONE got back to me.
The most frustrating part is that they have wasted 1 month and 11 days of my time so far, and they continue to do so!

I am beginning to doubt whether they are really who they say they are. It is probably just a handful of people may be, running this so-called company or business.
Stay away from these guys, they will offer you a cheaper flexible deal with lots of empty promises to get your money only, and after that you are on your own!
