This is a duplicate of a previous order. Vitality shipped it right away, and I received it before the expected delivery date.
After more than 50 years as a type 1 diabetic, I often get constipated. I have learned by trial and error that I can completely empty my lower bowel without getting rebound constipation using these. I mix the contents of two Fleet Bisacodyl Enema bottles with 1400 ml of water in a regular enema bag and take it as quickly as I can. The 17 ppm bisacodyl solution is mild enough that I can hold it in for 10 or 15 minutes, and just strong enough that once it finally makes me go, it won't let me stop until there's nothing left inside me.
People who don't get as badly constipated as I do should start with a much milder solution and increase the strength a little each time they need it until it's just strong enough to produce the effect they want.
