Really shocked by the service that I received today. After selling one item that wasn t up to the job, they insisted that a second part was needed to improve its performance which I then purchased. Turns out the salesman was wrong and the two parts were not compatible. This would be be easy to fix if I lived close by but I live 3 hours out of melbourne and had the items posted to my home.

The next time I was in Melbourne I took the add on item, an antenna back in for a refund to which I was refused as I did not have the receipt they had sent to me despite them having access to the record of sale on their system. To add to the mess they do not send email receipts at the time of purchase so baffled by the very unhelpful service I was forced to return home.

I d be a lot more understanding if I d purchased the wrong part but this entire transaction was done on their advice and nether component has performed as promised.

In summary, quality audio, terrible service. No point buying from brick and mortar stores when they give you the same run around you get online!
