Waited 27 minutes and 9 phone calls to hotel while...

Waited 27 minutes and 9 phone calls to hotel while waiting at the airport for the shuttle. No one would answer the phone. Diamond member and requests for feather free which are in profile, in the reservation, and I called same day to confirm, were not addressed. Had to wait 30 minutes for housekeeping to correct issue and bring foam pillows. Hotel is run down and night management is rude and unprofessional. Worst doubletree I have ever stayed at.
