To do absolutely alone or with family. This site is simply the most original, audacious and informative I know. It is a good homecoming and a great way to discover the Middle Ages, other than what we can see in books and in the cinema because this era was much more inventive and "colorful" than we think. To be honest the most interesting is not the castle but all the different workshops all around, the cutler, the cordelier, the workshop dyeing "super" clothes, stonecutters etc ... and of course the mill . Count a whole day. Personally I did not take the guided tour, the people present at the workshops gladly answer the questions but for pity did not ask them questions about the time, the time it takes to do this or that ... in the Middle Ages we finished when we finished, it was not the factory.
