The Doctor's & Nurses are Great & even your house ...

The Doctor's & Nurses are Great & even your house keeping when you can get a hold of them. However your management "in charge" floor people some how think they are above everyone else. If you have a concern, its considered as "You" the patient are the problem. I get better customer service & treatment calling down to order my meals ....I guess I'm just old fashion treat people how you'd like to be treated. Futher more just because you are " Nurse Manager " doesn't mean you are manager material . Treat everyone right with the same respect and courtesy no matter race or age. After All We All Belong To GOD......Even You
Don't ever want to be back on this floor again under this management. READY TO GO HOME . I tell anyone if you can go to Methodist Sugarland or West Houston - Katy Methodist !!! Great Doctors here but ......hmmm
