I will never buy another Kia. My 2012 Sorento has been through five service recalls including an entire new long block engine. I've had so many problems with the electrics, suspension, and the customer service from this dealership. Getting my engine replaced was a nightmare as they tried to say it wasn't under the recall (it was). When my alternator quit on me, out of the blue, they wanted $1000 to replace it. They told me it was ready so when I came to pick it up, cash in hand, they wouldn't give it to me. Apparently only the sales floor is open Sunday and even though I had cash and could literally see my vehicle, the manager could not help me. This proves that Kia is more concerned about selling new vehicles then servicing their existing customers, and thus lost me as a customer.
