I have been a customer of SMH Technologies for several years now and I must say that they provide an average service. The quality of their products is decent, but I have experienced some issues with their customer support. Sometimes it takes too long to get a response and the solutions provided are not always satisfactory. On the positive side, I appreciate their competitive pricing and timely delivery. Overall, I would rate them as average.
