To help with time and walk, be sure to take advantage of the kangaroo bus stops. It will help get you to your next animal site quickly. Also try and go earlier in the day, when it is cooler and and animals or more active. We also just did a one day pass, and didn't get to see it all. Might be something to keep in mind.
