The HTC U12 + phone, used in normal condition, had its screen and its glass back shell completely broken in just 6 months of use (no fall).
The French after-sales service is unreachable and the online store selling HTC.com (digital river Ireland) that does nothing, put to send back to the French after-sales service !!
A shame for this company that had used me much better in the past.
Not to mention that the power cord caught fire, and my second HTC U12 + begins to do the same thing as the first (cracked screen) in just 4 months, without any fall.

I give you a chance to join him and fix the problem so that I can lift my note.
