Kinsale Yoga Studio is a hidden gem. The instructors are incredibly skilled and provide personalized attention to each student. The classes are challenging yet accessible, and I always leave feeling stretched, strengthened, and refreshed. The studio itself is stunning, with beautiful natural light and a calming ambiance. I can't recommend this place enough!
