They found my resume after I posted it on a few job boards. They informed me about an attorney position that I didn t see posted elsewhere. I had an interview in 2 days and an offer in about a week at the salary I requested so I guess you could say they matched me perfectly. Even though I had several interviews lined up, I was hired before getting a chance to finish my interviews at other prospective employers. Worked with Bobby Burstein who was professional and courteous. The position was at a large law firm in the NY Metro and there was more than 1 position with different practice groups. Bobby explained the positions instead of pushing them and he definitely subtly advised me as to the likely more compatible group and position. I have been very happy in the new position so far.
