Very slow service. Had my accident in March other driver admitted liability straight away but took thornycroft to almost complete it now in September. They don't reply to emails unless you chase them with a few more emails. In my history of accidents and having different solicitors involved this one has to be the worst and slowest. I was the one who made most phone calls and emails to chase my case to get things moving. Never again.
