Recently I was in the market to purchase a new mid-size truck. I narrowed it down to a few and opted to go with the 2019 Colorado. After shopping around, I elected to use Hall Chevy in Western Branch as my dealer of choice. I was not hounded, but instead treated with respect based on what I wanted. Victoria Peterson was my salesperson. She is a consummate automobile sales professional. She did two things I have never really encountered with other auto-sales individuals in the Hampton Roads area; (1) She listens, and (2) She does exactly what she tells you she is going to do. She is definitely unique in this industry. Historically, I have always purchased Ford s and this was my first Chevrolet (GM) purchase. Based on my recent experiences with a particular Ford service staff, I elected to try something new. If all goes well and I receive great service at Hall Chevy, this will not be my last purchase with this dealer. Overall, I am beyond pleased with my experience to this point. Victoria was and is a superb salesperson!
