Two stars because the tracking of the parcel has always gone well with me and you don't have to wait at home all day like with other companies.
But the friendliness of the drivers (although I can only talk about the drivers who deliver here) leaves a lot to be desired in my eyes. I can understand that you may be under stress or something similar. but I think you can still say "hello" or "good afternoon".
The last driver "threw" my package at me .....
