The positive: I paid 750 shekels to do the quick test in 3 hours. I received an answer within two hours.
Negative: The examiner is not sure he has changed gloves between tests.
Call at 2130 in the evening for personal details and demand that it happen here and now. At 930 in the morning they called again and asked for a passport (flew abroad and needed in English). At 1330 they called to ask for my e-mail (although both my passport and ID were sent by e-mail)
