My experience working here has not been great. Employees, who wash the vehicles have to step in large potholes of water risking injuries. Walking around in the cold with wet shoes .

Get them some working boots / repairs the potholes. They do an excellent job cleaning vehicles/ Buses they should be rewarded .

Some of the vehicles are terrible to drive . No one supports the drivers who drive 16 or more hours just to try to make a reasonable salary. Everyone should be licensed and have a DOT card Safety . The short cuts to make millions of dollars has proven very risky.

CHECK before riding how old is the vehicle, are you license ,how many hours have you been on the road. Safety
Travels to NY or longer, drivers should get accommodations. Meals / hotels ! Yet the are forced to return and continue working.

I get this is a business push drivers to the point where they are too tired to even make it home, hire more drivers get them excited to drive clients.

Take care of our Employees more then just sending out emails. Employees are underpaid and not appreciated. If there is constant brags about how much the company makes ,why is that the chauffeurs have to pay for everything.

New employees has stated that the company won t pay them for two week training.
