1. Unprofessional service- grading transferring:

1. Unprofessional service- grading transferring:
(1) They didn't communicate upfront the grading transferring criteria and even changed the system they used when I asked for it.
(2) They did not adhere to the official grading system published on my school's website and defined by the official national education department.
2. Wrong charge of my card
It's shown $50 on the website, but when I completed the payment they charged $100 on my card. Although 1 day later they refunded $50, there was no communication and explanation at all.
