Why Can't I get a phone number to talk to a live "customer service technician" or better yet a software support person. I have multiple errors in my reports and I can't get anyone to call me. I was in a 10 person que for live chat and got dropped an 2 hours before their live chat was supposed to be closed down for the day. The lack of 24 live client support is NOT acceptable to ANY small business especially when I am the only one running the show and am out of my office all day performing MY job. This company is very elusive and I now don't trust them at all. I now have to waste more of my time finding another invoicing solution that I can trust and actually talk to.
Good job on losing another client WAVE. And supposedly they were purchased by H&R Block but I doubt that completely.
