Crazy fees and fines, horrible customer service, rediculously long and frequent power outages. Unexplained voltage drops, and every now and then a random surge might come through. It s a shame, I love the area but I m not renewing the lease, and literally the only reason is NHEC. Putting in complaints to the PUC and BBB
