They are awful. I don't know how they are in business with such shady billing practices! They literally bill whatever they want! You'll hold for 40 minutes trying to speak with someone and the internet is awful- barely runs one computer and no phones! Just so so bad!! Price-gouging, lying, sneaky business people. Btw- I've paid this company for 15 years off and on. DONE!
